PvP Editions: Unlocks elite skills?
So I was seeing on the GW Store you can buy the PvP editions of the games. It says it unlocks "all" the skills, but does that include Elite skills? I've tried to get in to GW over the years, but the PvE side of the game was always really blah to me. There are much better PvE games around. I want to jump in to the PvP arena, but without all the skills, it makes it rough.

it unlocks all skills, elits and non elites for pvp chars.

Yes, it unlocks all Core and Chapter-specific (ie. you buy Factions then you get Factions-specific) skills including Elites to your account, making them avaiable for PvP characters.
